Tips for bidding

The quotation will be processed on the condition of handing over the keys.

Bids will not be accepted if they are submitted in a form other than that specified in the tender documents.

The price with VAT will be included in the price offer. If VAT is not mentioned, the price will be considered as including VAT.

The following information shall be submitted for this tender

  • Labor force
  • Material
  • Transportation
  • Waste transportation
  • Machinery costs
  • Overnight work costs
  • All costs including VAT are included
  • The warranty period for the work is 24 months.
  • Submit information about the experience of completing similar work under contract in the last 2 years.
  • The completion date of the work is calculated in calendar days after the conclusion of the contract.
  • The contractor must have the ability to perform the work independently
  • Waste is transported to a special landfill
  • Ensure labor safety and completeness of tools.
  • Confirmation by taking pictures at each stage of work
  • Select the materials specified in the work drawings and assignments
